Regulation

1) Be waiting about 6 months, ( it can take more) for the confirmation of the actvations.

2) Be waiting about 4 months, ( it can take more) for the confirmation of the direct contact.

3) Sending to the Black-list manager a memo log of the contact at the end of established period.

4) The Black-list must contain at least 4 signallings if you want to insert a station and/or Qsl manager into it.

5) The insertion into Black-list will be examined by a board of examiners instituted by the Sierra Tango group.

6) The Black-list will be published on this web page, on the STNEWS and on the mailing-list of the Sierra Tango group Dx11metres

7) All the operator, achieving connections in 11mt. and from whatever group, can send information.

8) The deletion of a station and/or a Qsl manager from the Black-list will be valid only through the confirmation of the contact. A Qsl manager who, because of exceptional causes, will send later the Qsl card can torn to the Black-list manager to explain his own reason and avoid the insertion into the list.

9) The Sierra Tango group will assign an acknowledgement to the first 3 station receiving the minor number of confirmations during the year ( from january to december) starting from 2002.
